I tried setting it to "normal" in the settings, which made it inverse. So I thought logically maybe inverse would solve the problem, but it just made it stuck at 100%. Put the -homedir command in the launch options. Run the game, this starts a new game, create a (dummy) profile and so on. Quit the game. Find the new ETS2 folder. Anyway to make console acceleration and braking smoother? So I play with my PS5 controller using Steam's controller interface. My big issue that I have right now is if I try to "slowly" press down the brake it either barely brakes or slams on the breaks.
I play using mouse and keyboard with the mouse for steering, and W and S for throttle and brake. I notice sometimes after accelerating to a certain speed, when I let go of the W key sometimes it stays at the same speed or continues to accelerate rather than decelerate.
